Neat Burger Bites

A vegan appetizer even your meat-eater guests will enjoy!

1 pack neat Original, prepare crumbles according to package directions
2 2 packs frozen mini fillo shells, thawed (we used Athens brand)
1 small jar bread and butter pickles
5 slices cheddar cheese or vegan cheddar cheese, cut into 1 inch squares
ketchup
mustard

Prepare neat crumbles per the instructions on the packaging.
Fill the fillo shells with the cooked neat crumbles, , a pickle, ketchup, and mustard.

top with a square of cheese.
top with your pick of pickles, ketchup and mustard.
Serve on a platter and watch them disappear!
