Cinco de Mayo Neat Burger
Enjoy a delicious and hearty vegan burger recipe for Cinco de Mayo with neat, a healthy replacement for meat!

1  pack neat Mexican Mix
						2  neat eggs
						1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
						  Burger buns (your choice)
						
Stir the dry neat Mexican Mix with the 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of salsa.
						Add more salsa by the spoonful if needed, until the mix is a good consistency to form into burgers.
						Form 4 patties.
						Heat a non-stick skillet and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.
						Cook the burger 3-4 minutes on each side and then add your preferred toppings: avocado, salsa, lettuce, or tomatoes!  Enjoy!
