Kaffree Roma Dark Chocolate Dual Pana Cotta

Celebrate summers with a no bake Italian classic dessert, Pana Cotta. This dual pana cotta recipe is a vegan version made using Agar Agar and flavored in the classic combination of Kaffree and Dark Chocolate.

1 tsp Kaffree Roma (Add more if you like an intense flavor)
250 ml Coconut Milk (Can also use Almond Milk/ Soy Milk)
125 ml Coconut Cream
1 tbsp sugar/ Agave syrup
1/2 tsp Agar- Agar powder
2 oz. Dark chocolate, cut into chunks
1 tsp cocoa powder

1 oz. chocolate chips/chocolate curls

Start with preparing the Dark chocolate pana cotta. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, coconut cream and all the other ingredients (except Agar -Agar) on medium heat till everything is well combined. Now add in the Agar-Agar powder and whisk till well combined. Remove the chocolate mix from heat and let it cool down a bit.
Place the dessert glasses in a stand at a slant and gently pour the chocolate mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set.
Once the chocolate pana cotta has set, repeat the above process to make the kaffree pana cotta mix.
Gently pour the Kaffree pana cotta on top of the set chocolate pana cotta layer and let it set in the refrigerator again.
To serve, garnish with chocolate and dust with cocoa powder.
