A Mexican-style vegetarian casserole made with Veja-Links and Five Bean Chili for a delicious, healthy and easy meal.
1 can Loma Linda Five Bean Chili
1 can Veja-Links, chopped
1 can of taco sauce
1 can of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 small green chili pepper, chopped
1 bag of chips (your preference)
1/2 lb Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Heat taco sauce, mushroom soup, water and chilies to boiling. Set aside. Break chips into small pieces. In a casserole dish, layer chips, beans, cheese and Veja-Links.
Top with sauce.
Use a knife to help sauce flow to bottom of the dish. Bake at 350˚F for 20 to 30 minutes.
