Looking for a healthy snack for those 4pm hungry pangs? Enjoy some fresh vegetable crudités with this delicious vegan dipping sauce made with Loma Linda Nutolene and creamy coconut milk. With a delicate balance of flavors, this dipping sauce works great as a dressing too!
200 gms or 1/2 can Loma Linda Nutolene
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha/ sambal oelek (adjust to your liking)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp grated ginger
In a mixing bowl, take out the Nutolene and add the coconut milk. Mix and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Mix well together to remove lumps and make into a smooth paste.
Add all the other ingredients and combine well. Adjust consistency to your liking with more coconut milk (if needed).
Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy cold as a dipping sauce or a salad dressing.
