Can’t get enough of Hot Dogs?? Upgrade your usual hot dogs with a delicious kimchi and create your own gourmet version of Korean style Hot Dogs!! Enjoy this vegan version with Loma Linda’s simple franks and vegan kimchi.
1 Loma Linda Simple Franks
8 Hot Dog buns
1/2 cup vegan sriracha mayo (we used vegenaise mayo and added 1 tsp of sriracha)
1 cup Vegan Kimchi
1/2 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Grill the Loma Linda’s Simple Franks (on a grill, panini press or skillet). Remove and keep aside. Toast the buns (optional).
To assemble, take a bun and apply the vegan sriracha mayo on one side. Now place one grilled frank. Top the hot dog with vegan kimchi, fresh coriander and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
