Loma Linda Vegan Sloppy Joe Cups
This recipe showcases an interesting way of enjoying sloppy joes. Made using just 4 ingredients, this recipe takes only 15 minutes to prepare and taste like mini pies. Not only easy to make, these are perfect to make ahead and pack for a party or picnic.
1 can Loma Linda Sloppy Joe
10 store bought biscuit dough (choose any vegan brand)
1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease a muffin tray with a little butter and keep ready.
Take out the biscuit dough rounds and place in the muffin tray. Using your hands spread the dough in the muffin to form the cup shape and leave a cavity in each cup for the filling.
Add spoonful of the sloppy joe filling in each dough cup.
Sprinkle a little vegan cheese on top of each cup
Bake the cups for 8-10 minutes depending on the need. The cups are done when the biscuits are golden brown.
Add the green onions on top and more vegan cheese (optional). Serve immediately.
