Start your morning with a healthy and nutritious breakfast with vegan sausage patties and your side of fruits.
1 package neat Breakfast Mix
1 large egg or neat egg (vegan)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup diced vegetables (ex: tomatoes, onions, etc., etc.)
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Drop mixture into 4 patties onto a non-stick skillet.
Brown for 3 1/2 minutes on each side.
Serve with a side of your favorite fruits!
