Delicious vegan french toast that has a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, and made completely egg-free thanks to the neat egg.
1 neat egg
bread, your preference
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk (or another variety) and whisk
Prepare neat egg with 1/2 tbsp of vanilla.
Dip bread into mixture.
Cook over medium heat in coconut oil or suitable non-stick skillet.
Serve with a side of your favorite fruits!
