Neat Tomato and Honey Glazed Neatballs
Delicious vegan meatballs that we like to call, “neatballs.” Poppable protein that’s easy to prepare and serve.
1 package neat Italian Mix
1 egg or neat egg
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the package of neat Italian, egg or neat egg and 1 T. balsamic vinegar. Scoop into 12 portions and roll into 12 balls.
Place on the parchment sheet.
Mix together the tomato and honey glaze and spoon evenly over the meatballs.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
